📅 Bookings & Appointments
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier, the better! Colour services especially fill up fast, so don’t wait.
Do I need a consultation before a colour appointment?
Yes! All new colour clients must have a consultation and patch test at least 48 hours before. A £20 booking fee is required, redeemable against your colour appointment.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows will result in a fee. Life happens — just please give as much notice as you can!
Hair Services & Packages
Can I book just a toner/gloss refresh?
Absolutely. I offer toner and gloss appointments to keep your colour looking its best between full services.
Do you do colour corrections?
Yes — but these need an in-person consultation first. Every correction is different, and I’ll give you realistic advice based on your hair history and goals.
Do you offer braiding or party services?
Yes! Festival / coloured braids can be booked. Braiding packages for festivals and kids’ parties on request.
Do you use Olaplex or K18?
Yes! I use Olaplex in all lightening services to help protect the hair, and I also offer K18 repair treatments for deep restoration and long-term hair health.

I get overwhelmed in busy salons. Will this work for me?
100%! My salon is quiet, low-pressure and designed with comfort in mind. It’s a relaxed space perfect for anyone who finds loud or high-energy salons overwhelming.
Do you use any vegan or cruelty-free products?
Yes! I only sell cruelty-free Vegan products, and the chemical services I do are too. I believe great hair shouldn’t come at a cost to animals.
